ZenKEY [discontinued]
I'm surprised ZenKEY hasn't been posted before, since this rather quirky but natively portable open source Menu-File-Launcher-Quote-Displayer-Macro-Recorder-Window-Manager ( ! ) in development since 2004 impresses by the sheer functionality crammed into a relatively small package -- the installer is...

Nothing to see here, just another similar program: File Launcher is a "tool to execute commands with advanced options" (DotNET v2.0 required). https://s22.postimg.cc/nysheube9/image.png Download @ http://sites.google.com/site/securefolders/download or from Softpedia: http://www.softpedia.c...

Re: DVD Cutter (Mpg2cut2)
For the first time i posted in that page but then i found it is not showing in the forum so i got confused... Mpg2cut2 didn't get the necessary 10 votes to make it visible, so it remains "private" -- to search for private entries in TPFC's database, precede the search term(s) with ' [#] '...

Re: Bandizip
Doesn't get my vote yet: a major version update (v3.0) and still the panel bug first reported by freakazoid hasn't been corrected -- I'd gladly trade the new image viewer for that, it's the only snag in an otherwise perfect portable archive manager...

RunWithParameters (and similar apps...)
Haven't really tested it deeply and am somewhat unsure of its portability status (since it is a shell extension, meant to be closely integrated with the system's GUI), but because it's easy to setup and remove via command line parameters and for its simple functionality (an enhanced 'Run' dialog), I...
