Re: yaP - yet another Portablizer
Looks like it installs a driver - that means there's possibly no way to make it portable.

Re: MMD2PDF
Where do you see content related to MarkdownPad2? Anyway, I have no clue, I don't know anything about MDP2 :) Today Haroopad saved me some time: copy text from a pdf (simple list), paste to Haroopad and copy HTML from the preview panel. My GitHub readme's quality will certainly benefit from Haroopad...

Thanks, added here:

I did a quick launch-close test and the application left no entries behind.

Re: MMD2PDF
Just found Haroopad markdown editor and looks pretty amazing: http://pad.haroopress.com/user.html It's not portable by default but can be made easily as it stores settings in "%LocalAppdata%\Haroopad". I can't check its portability in depth but I will do that later and create a yaP launche...

Re: DropIt
Now double quotes are not automatically added and %File% is automatically added only if "FixOpenWithDestination" option is True (default value) Thanks, works like charm! Do you plan to add an abbreviation %DropItDir%? Now I specify relative paths with "..\" et al but it would be...

Re: DropIt
When using "Open with" feature, if the "%File%" is not added to the "Destination Program" field, DropIt automatically appends it (apparently). Is there a way to disable this? I would need to pass parameters to nircmd with escaped quotes but DropIt adds double quotes, so...

Re: Security warning for PopMan
There are some applications that behave similarly, for example Sylpheed and FileZilla even stores plain-text passwords in config files (but perhaps they have changed in the meantime).

Re: List of programs made portable by yaP
Its rather small, but since my life has gone "digital", I almost forgot how to write by hand. But it's not just me, many others around me

Re: List of programs made portable by yaP
My handwriting is just terrible since I write everything with keyboard. Sometimes I create mockups on paper for websites but I often can't read my own notes later

Re: List of programs made portable by yaP
I can generate a full listing but that doesn't solve the post update feature here, that needs to be done by hand.
An iframe embed could work (which would provide full automatic update), but for that a custom bbcode needs to be implemented on the forum, so it is not working atm.

Wow, that's a great list! Hope you didn't made it by hand
I can easily make a list like this automatically if there's a need.
It's a nice idea, one can find it by name when doing a search. Thanks for posting!
