Re: CLI Database Discussions
Sorry if this is the wrong thread to post about this, but I've seen reference to cli.portablefreeware.com on the forums, but it's only accessible to those with access.
Is cli.portablefreeware.com only for testers at the moment or am I missing something?

Re: Unable to Update Windows 10
I'd probably try what SYSTEM mentioned with the Media Creation Tool.
Otherwise, try the Windows 10 Update Assistant.

Re: PhotoDemon
I used PhotoDemon over the weekend and I'm still used to a few Photoshop keyboard shortcuts that are missing in PhotoDemon. Namely the zoom ones: Zoom in - CTRL + + Zoom out - CTRL + - The others would be nice-to-have, but are already mapped to other actions: Fit image on screen - CTRL + 0 (PD uses ...

For those still using v6, there was another release a few days ago to address a buffer overrun vulnerability:

Re: Link Shell Extension (file system utility)
I'm still looking for an easier way to manage symlinks, particularly editing existing symlinks or junctions.
If anyone has any recommendations, let me know. LSE is good, but I use XYPlorer for the most part.

Re: Text Editor Performance Tests
TP109 - Do you have an updated link to your findings? I have a need to open a large log file and would really value your research :) I think your graphs say that either GigaEdit or HiEditor is suitable for files larger than 750MB. Is that still the case? Also for HiEditor, why didn't you use the la...

Re: Removed outdated browsers from the database
I don't use Off By One, but you can disable images from loading. From their website, it looks like it can play .wav and .avi, so you'd need a specially-crafted item from one of those types of files and the know-how to target OBO's custom web engine in order to exploit it. Sounds like it would be a h...

Re: XMPlay - audio player
XMPlay 3.8.5 should now support relative file paths in playlists.
Haven't tested the library yet, but if the library is now relative, then native XMPlay could replace the PA.com version.

Re: Removed outdated browsers from the database
I disagree about Off By One. It's a browser that doesn't even render Java and JS, which are the major causes of web exploits.
I don't have an issue with the rest of them.

Re: Auto clicker program
You could also try any macro program to record a certain mouse click and then run the macro on a loop or whatever you want.

How did I not know about this app?
A worthy Photoshop alternative that is open-source. Need to test it more, but big thumbs up on first impressions!
