i did it! Here's the PAF launcher:

* checks for MSCOMCTL.OCX and if present, leaves it alone. But if not present prior to usage, the PAF launcher will unregister and clean up all registry keys.

just wanted to let everyone know i figured out what the problem was..

after adding my personal list, it takes approximately 2 restarts for it to take affect.
and it doesn't matter where you have your style sheet ...

Opera Ad-block does work.. just give it a few restarts after installing ..
