Glad I did. 4dot's Multiple Search and Replace is freeware and comes with a remarkable number of features for a somewhat unassuming search tool. If this was just a search tool and didn'...

Re: Speedy Painter
Old thread update: last update was back in 2020 to v.3.6.6 so I'm assuming this is no longer in development. Still a very nice drawing program with plenty going on here including perspective grids, reference layers, brushes. Really impressive.

Re: MultiPar - file verification and redundancy
Interesting article that talks about error correction that underlies the Par format. The headline sounds like it's taking a negative view but that's not the case. ‘Magical’ Error Correction Scheme Proved Inherently Inefficient https://www.quantamagazine.org/magical-error-correction-scheme-proved-inh...

Re: NetBalancer - Traffic Control and Monitoring
This program is still in development, now at v.12.2.4. Probably considered liteware. The unregistered version works as a monitoring application only, and supports no priorities or rules. Vovsoft Text Analyzer (nagware)
This one is a little on the fence because it's nagware, which isn't exactly pay and not exactly freeware. Still, it does a lot of great things that I haven't found in other programs. https://i.imgur.com/FsZhzf2.png Status: portable, writes no settings https://vovsoft.com/software/text-statistics-ana...

Re: Comodo IceDragon
Final word of warning : no idea if the caveats previously discussed here at TPFC (cf. https://www.portablefreeware.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6148) still apply, so user discretion is highly advised! Probably. Comodo and Avast/AVG/Piriform are companies I would be hard pressed to ever use again. Mov...
