They'll also run live straight from the page (a la systernals live) Outlook Cleanup worked and was stealth but ccleaner already cleans those files so I didn't grab it. They are kinda Ad-supported (banner for their pro programs) but In the case of these powerful apps I find that ok (and I hate ad-sup...

Just tried the USB program it's really good. Great domain admin tools for a small (<35 machine) shop like me that can't afford for the $199 or $299 tools

While I only use a few of JohnTHaller's PortableApps Filezilla is one of them, and in this case I agree with him that that might be a good alternative for your use.
