Re: Some AV protection
OK I have been running Qihoo 360 for 45 days now (it actually tells you in big numbers how many days it's been running) and I am kind of impressed but.... I have it set to do a full scan every Sunday morning at 0200. Every Sunday I get up to find it has detected exactly two items, always two never m...

Re: Codelobster PHP Edition - free portable IDE
Is that all you are going to say? No mention of how to make it portable or what, if any, dependencies it has?

Re: Some AV protection
Actually read review of 360 earlier and whilst it's good it's bit slow in stopping malware. The reviewer said it caught the but not before it had chance to atleast one file.

Re: Alternative Router Firmware
Like NickR I use Linksys WRT54G-TM but I opted for Tomato RAF after years of using DDWRT. I just found WRT was getting to complex where as Tomato makes things like blocking easy as you can list what MAC address to apply blocks to or which to not apply it to.

Re: Some AV protection
I personally use MSE and have done for years. I hate Avast and the way it declares that everythign it does has saved the world from ending. OK slightly overdramatic but it's constantly patting it's self on the back. It blocks a URL for being malicious and says it just saved your computer from crashi...

Well I downloaded this and have so far tried the Autorun Analyzer and Killswitch. Both of these seem remarkably similar in look and functionality to Autoruns and Process Explorer from Sysinternals which makes me suspect they are actually using said software.
