TreeDBNotes Free is now at version 3.3. It is no longer compatible with 1.0's version of .tdb files, and I question its portability. Support for saving settings in an .ini file will be added in the next version of WinDjView.

It stores all of its settings in the registry "HKCU\Software\Andrew Zhezherun\WinDjView\". That makes it non-stealth but not necessarily non-portable (settings aren't portable). Thanks for the find, I've been looking for something like this for a while and will be adding it to my USB drive.
