Yep, I tried it with 1.13.2.12 and it worked out.

Anywaym I recommend you to backup your installation before trying to make it portable. I heard unsuccessful testimonials.

If you will succeed registering as a U3 developer - you will be able to get U3 Manifest creator tool which is much more powerful than eure.ca application.

But I should admit that guys succeeded in simplifying process, simple package can be created with three clicks.
