tabbyFile

tabbyFile is a minimalist file manager. It stores settings to an .ini, and requires the standard install/move/uninstall procedure.

Did a quick search of the webpage and forums and was amazed that this lil gem isn't in the database...

No install, writes settings to an .ini, around 100k... Quite simply one of the most compact resource monitors out there. Worth a look!

As far as ad/content filtering goes, try out BFilter. Works beautifully, and easy to enable and disable in case it accidentally blocks something you want to see (a rarity).
