Re: Dark mode

I have installed 3 dark themes:

1) DVGFX2
2) Lucid Lime
3) Prosilver (Dark Edition)

Try them out and lemme know which one you prefer. Personally, my favorite is (2).

Re: Abykus SE - spreadsheet

Just dropping a note to say that the decision to create a separate entry for "Abykus CE" is the correct decision IMHO. Personally, I have been put off by the strange licensing of the "Commercial Edition", where you get a single user license only if you download from their website...

jv16 wrote: Mon Sep 04, 2023 9:07 pm You are correct, Windows does in fact highlight the selected (i.e. items with the tick in the checkbox) this way. I shall add that to the next version of Uninstalr. Thank you both for pushing for this!
Great! Thanks for confirming this.

Database was down for a few hours

Some of you might have noticed that TPFC wasn't accessible for a few hours. That was because the VPS was rebooted for a scheduled maintenance, and for some reason, the database service didn't start properly. Now that is all fixed, and we are back with our regular programme. I do sincerely apologized...

Re: Cannot change the "Display X entiries" while logged in. (Front page)

Logged in users are not "gimped" However, your post did lead me to discover a bug whereby selecting a new number causes the number of displayed entries to change, but not the actual number shown in the header. This, however, happens whether you are logged in or not. Basically, when y...

Re: FFmpeg on Windows

Quick post to note a very handy resource for FFmpeg : ffmprovisr ... FFmpeg is a powerful tool for manipulating audiovisual files. Unfortunately, it also has a steep learning curve, especially for users unfamiliar with a command line interface. This app helps users through the command generation pr...

Re: FocusOn Image Viewer

Some folks are complaining in the comments section that they are not seeing, or not able to download v1.29 of FocusOn Image Viewer. This is what I am seeing in my browser: screenshot.png When I click on "64-bit portable (zip)" , I was able to download the ZIP file. Can others share their e...

Re: Uninstalr - Batch uninstall software in Windows

This discussion reminds me of why I decided earlier on I cannot work on frontend. My default response is to ignore UI inconsistencies and work around them, as long as it gets the job done. It would take something really screwy in the UI to catch my attention :D On this, I have to agree with FileHand...
