Easy peasy with Screamer Radio. Even has BBC 7 in its extensive lists. Just hit the Rec. button. You must have your machine set up in a weird way. Mic! Hmm... And Screamer records directly to .MP3.

You might try Screamer Radio. Use the beta version.
