Re: DTaskManager process priority
... it seems to me it doesn't restore priority back to the normal\previous state when possible, i.e. I think it is stuck at idle. I tested a somewhat older version (1.56.29) on Win7x86 and I'm not seeing that issue. It should be possible to select multiple process and set to Normal or other priorit...

Re: Universal Extractor Update (Bioruebe version)
It seems to me it simply "puts back in" every file that is\was in the original installer (or portable version) of Universal Extractor. Or it checks some outdated list on the author's website. I don't know, but everything is back to where it was before. Stuff I deleted, like text files, docs folder, ...

Re: Universal Extractor Update (Bioruebe version)
Unfortunately the updater seems to downgrade (is that the right word?) items that I updated manually. Does it actually "find\detect" the latest file versions?

All right. I tried to unpack the installer version of MPC-BE, but it failed.
This error message popped up:

Re: HOSTS file
I have stopped using the traditional hosts file, because 1. a large file slows down browsing (at least on my not exactly state of the art system) 2. too many items will be missed, no matter how many entries you add. 10, 20, 30, ... doubleclick items still leaves gazillions of sites uncovered. I have...
