Re: PortableApps.com Carbide: The Safest, Most Secure USB Fl

You can make it stealth with some nano-paint... :) Excellent idea JT, I have a nano-bucket and a nano-brush so I could actually give it a fresh nano-coat... The only problem is that 90 bucks do not fit in my nano-wallet  BTW, I have been meaning to ask you something about your collections....

Re: Send multiple email attachments via the context menu

You won't try to repair Eudora's install(s)? :o As explained earlier on, the described scenario is not happening on my computer but on somebody else's computer, so when I will connect (via remote assistance) with that user I would like to do all necessary things together (including testing your "mi...

Re: Send multiple email attachments via the context menu

Tested Eudora OSE 1.0 configured as default MC: no problems whatsoever to attach files to single mail via ST -> Mail Recipient. Re-install could solve the problem (backup mail's folder prior!). - I can make you a "middle man" - app that passes file(s) to 'eudora.exe'. I'm using the "middle man" met...

Re: Send multiple email attachments via the context menu

I spent some time digging for something like this and felt sure I could find some tweak or plugin for Thunderbird on this (like this http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=591009), but so far no sale. Thanks for investigating, Webfork :) As a matter of fact, going through the thread you...

Re: Send multiple email attachments via the context menu

I'm considering to add this feature in next DropIt release. I thought that the size limit for each mail could be defined by the user and DropIt may includes more files in each mail checking that limit. If you'll do that I will have to send you a free dinner voucher with the compliments of the home ...

Re: Send multiple email attachments via the context menu

@ Lupo73: Thanks, but (for the reasons explained above) I need to stay clear of zipped files/archives. @ All: I realize that what I want to implement is subjected to a number of restrictions and I hope that with the help and the suggestions of some of my creative friends here at TPFC I will manage t...

Re: Send multiple email attachments via the context menu

Hey JT :) Thanks for your kind tip, but please do not overlook the fact that while zipping a bunch of files is a procedure that you and I can do blindfolded, for elderly people (with limited computer skills) this is not a simple task. Not to mention that the other elderly people (the mail recipients...

Re: Send multiple email attachments via the context menu

Bummer! I would hate to have to ask an elderly person (with limited computer skills) to start learning from scratch how a different email client works. Is it possible that MS (or 3rd party devs) never developed a better/simpler way to attach files to mails? Any other suggestions? Where are al...
