I use a 1 TB WD 'My Passport SE' USB v3.0 external HDD. It's about the size as most smart phones and powered exclusively from the USB, and doesn't make any noise unlike the older 'My Book' models. I also have a generic 8 GB USB stick that came with 8 GB free "cloud storage"... which I haven't consid...

Probably only needs to change a single line of code, I guess it's not a high priority.

There's been minor updates here and there, I think those would jusitify an update
