I might mention that only the portable version has that requirement.

It requres .NET 3.5.

I don't think IE based browser should be considered portable due to the history/settings/cache being written to the local machine. I don't think it matters if non-browser applications require IE though.

I noticed you added Eraser to the db. However it is not portable (as noted) and PortableApps.com created an Eraser Portable.

It actually is a programming language, but an application included with it can grab text from a window.
