Personally I take the easy route, instead of modifying the main application icon,
I just create a shortcut to the application and then I right-click the shortcut to change the icon to whatever I want.

properties -> shortcut -> change icon

Serva version 4.6.0 is out. I use this server along with with lftp in my linux VMs and all other devices on my network. It's great and very fast.

it's working for me. I extracted with innounp unpacker. But as far as I'm aware both ImageMagick and GraphicsMagic are command line tools.
