interesting

i would want tabs myself but the idea that you have to whitelist any domains ahead of time is interesting if it could be done quickly and easily

also needs forward, back and reload buttons

is this based on anything like chrome or firefox engine?

i haven't used Otter Browser for a while but it used to be somewhat lightweight iirc

another option might be Midori

also Vivaldi and Brave are probably lighter than IE if you're just opening a few tabs

Perhaps the battery pack is reaching EOL? Can you compare its health across those laptops? BatteryCare might be of help here, dunno... its relatively new, only been using it for 3-4 months although it was manufactured Aug 2015 i suspect govt level malware, have hear others say if you use VPN's you ...
