Thanks for the ideas. Well, unfortunately DocFetcher is not really what I'm looking for. Let alone it's written in Java which I try to avoid. Thank you. BlockNote.Net seems promising but SoftPedia points to an external link that is broken.

I've contacted the author to ask for a copy. I will come back soon if I get a reply.
