Re: jaBuT - a flexible back-up and sync program
Some issues with the "Compare last modification date" mode: - All files are copied over without skipping existing files, just copied on previous run. Switched to filesize comparison, worked as fast as expected. ("Transfer timestamps" is enabled.) - When an "Exact copy" ...

Re: Pint - command line manager of portable apps (beta)
Hi, sorry for the late response. The header '[notepad3]' is not required in the single-file format, although it shoudn't break anything.
As for cascaded unpacking, it is not implemented yet.

Re: Pint - command line manager of portable apps (beta)
EasyBCD hidden their download link behind cookie autorization, so they are out until another reliable link is found. The only Resophnotes download link died for a few days (expired domain), added it back. Xidel updates fine on my side. If not used, it can be removed from /apps, Pint now has its own ...

Re: Pint - command line manager of portable apps (beta)
Did not expect Xidel update 0.9 -> 0.9.6 to break the workflow, sorry. Fixed.

PortableApps.com was easy, we only have to keep the Data directory. Next in line SyMenu and Lupo PenSuite.

Re: Pint - command line manager of portable apps (beta)
Made some updates. What's new: - Separate directory for dependencies. - pint test - tests app rules and files. - 'pint update' is retired, my database is now hosted online and maintained in a separate repository . All rules are updated and checked with 'pint test'. - Specific site support (Portable ...

Re: Pint - command line manager of portable apps (beta)
Fosshub adds more layers of protection to their links. It's doubtful it's caused by Pint because its userbase is tiny (I think), more likely some other app or script started to abuse it. Anyway, they clearly discourage automated use, and we should comply. I've added a proper error for errors 403, an...

Re: Pint - command line manager of portable apps (beta)
Fosshub is surely a great source of software, but damn, they do like to change stuff on their website. Fixed again. As for UltraISO, they started to put .exe installer inside .zip. Multi-step unpacking is not supported, and I'm not sure if it's worth implementing, because this kind of distributables...

Are you sure you didn't enter "print upgrade"? This is the only way I could reproduce the problem.

Works fine. May be the write permissions issue? Does this happen in the console, launched with administrator rights?

@ Bonaparte : When trying to run " pint upgrade ", I always get the following error... after that, nothing happens. :? Unable to initialize device PRN [/size] Google says this message is produced by print.exe. Yet there is no a single call and even a string with this word in the script. W...
