For something a little different from the usual menu style: https://maxlauncher.sourceforge.io/index.html It does need .NET 3.5, which most systems will probably already have installed, but otherwise seem to be fully 'portable'.

Support for Windows 10 1903 reached End of Service in December 2020 - see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecy ... -servicing

It probably shouldn't be much of a surprise if you can no longer update to that version.

WineBottler is way out of date and is highly unlikely to run on the latest version of Mac OS (11.1/'Big Sur')/; and nor will Wine run natively on MacOS because of Apple's blocking of 32-bit software code since the introduction of 'MacOS 10.15/'Catalina'. Interesting. Word's formatting marks do show up in blue in the Mac Version of MS Office, but this feature hasn't made it to the Windows version (yet).
