Re: Atlantis Word Processor [not portable]
It's portable. But it needs to be installed to a portable device: http://www.atlantiswordprocessor.com/en/help/flash_drives.htm You obviously have not tried it out. Here's talking from experience (I naively believed their portability claims and bought a license some time ago): 'Portable' mode (or t...

Re: Niatask
Interesting program. Recording keystrokes is much easier this way than doing it manually via AutoHotkey or other half-automated tools.

@jack
Thanks for getting rid of the hideous Facebook-button on the toolbar.
Much cleaner + less annoying now.

Re: Redshift Tray
Great find. At first I wasn't too enthusiastic because of the missing GUI settings dialog. But on a second look I found the ini-file very straightforward and easy to access (More settings ...). I like to have full control over my color temperature, able to tweak it manually, anytime, irrespective of...

Re: keynote
Keynote NF is at version 1.7.9 Beta 6 (03 January, 2016) I had a very poor experience when I tested Keynote NF like 2 years ago so I'll wait until development advances considerably to retest it. Same here. I had used the program off and on again, but always got frustrated by a Search-function that ...

Re: Copying empty folder structures howto
I really appreciate this info. It will replace my present workflow which consists of 1) reading out a folder structure with https://www.pekspro.com/products/pir/ 2) then injecting the generated list into http://www.dcmembers.com/skwire/download/text-2-folders/ to create an empty set of the same fold...

Re: Thunderbird - tabs
I downloaded userChrome.css. It can customize other GUI elements as well, not just tabs. Been tinkering with font sizes for the folder list and list spacing etc - et voila - I finally managed to get the sidebar look the way I always wanted.
Many thanks.

Re: BBCeditor
Does anyone know if this or something like it is able to also strip down an already posted chunk - removing all the tags such that it becomes plain text, as in for note keeping ?? I used to have a program with a strip HTML function but I can't find it. Anyway: Usually just copying and pasting text ...

Re: Quasima Chrono Tracker
Impressive. This is the most full-featured tracker I've seen. So far I had been using KapowPunchClock and TaskLog (an autohotkey program) - these two don't come anywhere near Quasima, feature-wise. Will give this a thourough test ride.
Thanks for mentioning it.

Re: Alt-Tab Terminator
Just like VistaSwitcher it doesn't list some apps (such as DateReminder: http://www.horstmuc.de/wrem.htm) that built-in Win7 Alt-Tab will bring up - but only after tabbing my way through all open windows. Will keep it anyway, it's so much more comfortable to click on an entry rather than having to t...

Re: Radio Master
Finally a radio player that meets my gusto. I am an occasional listener only, not willing to invest time into figuring out howto's and settings. This one strikes a nice balance, imo. I was able to add stations manually, and they are kept in the program folder. All I need.
Many thanks.

Thanks for deleting the attachments. I didn't want to leave the wrong screenshot in there. Everything's fine now.Andrew Lee wrote: ↑Sat May 26, 2018 4:50 amI deleted the attachments, and they are no longer displayed. Looks like the code patch did help with the issue.

Please tell me whether my line of testing is correct. I replied to this topic, added 3 images as attachment, placed all of them inline, then click [Submit]. All the images seem to appear correctly. Yep. Correct. However, when I tried to edit my post, only the first attachment is present, and when I...

Re: ColorMaker
@smaragdus Thanks for the instructions. Embedding the first pic seemed to work flawless. Then I went ahead and deleted the attachment(s) - it lists only one, even though I get to see 3 in the rendered view. Pressing the Delete-button sent the Status wheel spinning. When I checked back 20 min later, ...

Re: Thanks to TPFC
Same here. I have benefited enormously from TPFC. There are only a handful of sites I keep up with, and TPFC is one of them. I especially appreciate the screening that keeps out harmful software. It has never let me down except for one case (FreeFileSync) - but that was a different story altogether....
