Well, they won't release their firmware online before launching the product itself.
Unless they want a competitor to put out a cheap rip-off on the market before

The list of supported audio formats is accurate. Though apple AAC is not supported. Firmware is regularly updated and the developers are open to suggestions to improve it. There is no "Rockbox" open-source firmware for this device at the moment. But there is a "Rockbox" branch fo...

Yep, that's "bblean", a "Blackbox" fork for windows. It's just me going nuts due to the extremely large amount of warez cd's being dumped on the "internet archive". I'm actually digging a gold mine of retro-software that i didn't even knew existed in the first place...

I've grabbed this device a few months ago for 60 bucks, and it's been great so far.
It's sold as a kit and you have to build the console yourself.
It runs "Batocera".

I'm running "DoubleCommander" on every machine i own : either windows or linux. Works fine under windows XP.
