Re: USB flash drive
without backup, you can be 100% sure to kiss your data goodbye some day. Agreed. Buying one of these devices for my purposes means buying 2 or just treating them as a temporary medium to move files around. For files that I can't keep on my main laptop, I have two 4tb HDs that are mirrored. Snap! I ...

Re: AutoRun LWMenu
Excellent, thanks. So, quotes are only required for specifying multiple registry keys/folders/files? About 'multiple', Where is this acceptable? ie, Can I use for deletefiles and deletefolders if these were put in quotes and separated with '|', or some other way? I suppose it is better on separate l...

Re: AutoRun LWMenu
Well, the only way to get Stremio to use the X-Stremiio\User\AppData folder is to use absolute path name: setenv=USERPROFILE|D:\MyApps\X-Stremio\User But then it isn't portable! How on earth do I set a relative path? This is insane! After trying an absolute ton of variations, taking around 10...

Re: WinPenPack's X-Launcher updated
Do you use the AutoRunLWMenu at all? I'm having great troubles getting things to work in that, don't know if it's me or the app? lol

Re: WinPenPack's X-Launcher updated
Thanks rbon, but that's what I did in the first place. It doesn't recognise AU3 files, but the sc550 version did. I'll have to ask on AutoIT forum. :) Strange, very strange. I'll try to investigate. I have also opened X-SciTE --> Language --> select 'AutoIt3'. In this way You select a specific lexe...

Re: WinPenPack's X-Launcher updated
If I understood correctly: 1. there are no errors in the x-launcher 1.5.4 sources 2. you need to use an old version of AutoIt (3.2.12.1) 3. you need to go to the '\Aut2Exe' folder 4. you need to launch the executable 'Aut2exe_x64.exe' it's correct ? Yes all correct except number 1. There are still ...

Re: AutoRun LWMenu
Just seen your post on AutoIT Portable . [*]My current alternative is to run SciTE through a portabilizer (luckily I own one and all it needs is deletefolders="%LocalAppData%\AutoIt v3\" ). Seeing as I'm having issues deleting folders, I tried this: deletefolders="%USERNAME%\AppData\L...

Re: WinPenPack's X-Launcher updated
Following argumentum's advice on the AutoIT forum, I recompiled X-Launcher using AutoIT v3.2.12.1 to a 64bit EXE. Compiling from SciTE only gives a 32bit EXE. But if you open Aut2Exe, it works, and guess what? It fixes the SplashScreen not showing!!!! Woohoo!!!! X-Launcher_x64 v1.5.4.zip Adjusted co...

Re: AutoRun LWMenu
Original X-Launcher v1.5.4 source.
Source and Launcher I use is in my signature.
Run X-Stremio. No these folders are not created as they are used in X-Stremio\Lib\AppData\Local\Smart Code ltd and X-Stremio\Lib\stremio for Roaming.
Already tested HOMEPATH, that's mentioned in my post above.

Re: AutoRun LWMenu
So again, I am having issues creating an AutoRun launcher for Stremio. Same set up as with StemRoller: ; User AppData folder in ROOT\User: ; ROOT = the main folder where the Autorun EXE is contained. ROOT\App\Stremio.exe ROOT\User\AppData\Local\Smart Code ltd ROOT\User\AppData\Roaming\stremio ROOT\A...

Re: AutoRun LWMenu
1. Thanks. 2. The README is not included in the download or accessible from the menu. It is also very unclear on how to use the launcher. Much needs to be added for those with no programming language skills to use it. I am now trying it with Stremio and again suffering the same issues as with StemRo...
