Re: PhotoDemon

Thank you ...

Re: PhotoDemon

So what are those things anyways? I see similar like them on other forums too. Is this like when you put up a fake wasp hive in your yard to scare off other wasps from making one. :P

Re: Angband

weird you're right... I just checked and it seems good? I was sticking with 4.2.0 because when the new update dropped it starting using app/roaming for settings/saves. I even talked to the dev about this and he said it was better for Windows users this way... I wonder if it got ninja fixed at some p...

Re: Sysinternals AutoRuns

Ever since the latest version it now "phones home" causing my firewall to popup asking if I should allow the connection, my settings haven't changed and I don't use any of the settings such as automatically submit to total virus or whatever... Anyone else notice this behavior and know how to fix (st...

Re: Feature request: Adware tag

Another tag worth considering if one doesn't already exist for it would be "telemetry" or "dials home" or similar wording, in this day and age everyone seems to want to collect "something" from you, calling it telemetry as if that makes it okay... No thanks. But this is less of a problem for portabl...

Re: Feature request: Adware tag

I see no need for this, it's change for the sake of change. Adware is a well known term and goes back a looooong way, no different then Shareware or any of the other XXXX-ware words when describing software, might as well change the sites name too then from "Freeware" because the "ware" makes me thi...
