And yea, I know the regular is just one file but some people want the version that has a launcher for it, that integrates it into the PortableApps Menu

Not true. Some apps in PFC have specific instructions to extract to a folder and copy to your portable device. Some also say, install and copy the installation folder to your portable device. Perhaps they are not mentioned because no one is aware of these apps or those that are aware of the apps don...
