Is Chrome portable?

Have anybody been trying out the new Google browser Chrome, do you in case know if it needs to be installed or if it can function on it's own, as a portable app?

Finding freeware PDF editors is difficult, but with the BeCyPDF programmes + PDF Creator [ http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/ ] and Gios PDF Splitter/Merger [ http://www.paologios.com/products/psm.aspx ] one has the basic tools to be able to do professional PDF editing.

This is another application which should be included here.

If there is enough room to showcase 16 portable notepads, surely there must also be space to feature this fine programme in the regular list here?

It's a great tool, and pretty unique.

I found this programme to be of great help to liberate PDF documents
