soprano 1.42 from 1.40 in db

1.42 added popup menu on list rightclick: Open in Explorer and Copy (filename) to clipboard. Also, ctrl+c when list has focus copies name automatically.

well, it saves all its config in HKLM\Software\SIV but it creates it on the first run so its safe to remove

it also adds to the ntuser.dat.LOG file.
