TreeSheets is a mashup of many different program types including spreadsheets, mind mappers, outliners, PIMs, text editors and small databases. It has a tabbed interface and is lightweight and fast, using few system resources even with large files.

It's like a spreadsheet, but much more suitable for complex data because it's hierarchical. It's like a mind mapper, but more organized and compact. It is capable of many kinds of data organization, including todo lists, calendars, project management, brainstorming, organizing ideas, planning, requirements gathering, presentation of information, etc.

Functional in 64-bit and cross platform (Linux and Mac).

@Realist: so the program is rubbish because you don't understand how it works and what it does.

Always wanted to use this PIM because it has E-Mail integrated.
But the E-Mail function lacks too many obvious functions, like
blocking external web-content.

Starts with an upgrade ad every other start, does anyone know how to disable? Must click skip to go to program.

@xor
Better report your problems at the forum, the developer usually responds to bug reports and other issues. Of course you are not dumb. Did you change the initial location of StackNotes folder- it remembers the location of the last used file.

Message from SourceForge when trying to download.

Software is certified by SoftPedia as beeing "Clean of virus, spywares, adwares". The reason why it was reported as beeing "potentially malicious" at SourceForge was due to the AES encryption command line tool included with the package. This tool is no more distributed with the package and can optionnaly be downloaded from the "AES Crypt" website if needed. Installed on my harddrive and tested the portable version again, under Windows 7 64 bit.
Settings and data are now written in the application folder.
The user profile folder contains an empty folder C:\Users\my_name\AppData\Roaming\MSD_Soft

Ennovy on 2015-04-10 09:31

MSD Organizer uses the folder I mentioned (C:\Users\my_name\AppData\Roaming\MSD_Soft)for temp files.
The files in that folder are deleted on exit.

It doesn't even run and hangs if you don't allow it to connect to the Internet (at least the first time). Tried three times and dumped it for good after about one minute.
