Mp3tag is an editor for metadata of common audio formats (eg. ID3, Vorbis Comments, APE, MP4, TAK Loseless). It can rename files based on the tag information, replace characters or words from tags and filenames, import/export tag information, create playlists and more. The program supports online freedb database lookups for selected files, allowing you to automatically gather proper tag information for select files or CDs.

How to extract:
  1. Download the installer and extract using 7-zip (must be v9.20 or above) to a folder of your choice
  2. Delete $PLUGINSDIR (and $R0 if using the latest 7-zip beta)
  3. Create a blank file in the same folder called mp3tag.cfg
  4. Launch Mp3tag.exe

Wow it works! I tried the latest at the time of writing this comment Mp3tag v2.79 and 7-zip v16.04 on Windows 7. Thank you tedpoe!!

Extract with 7-zip 16.04 (.paf.exe), but run Mp3tag without add folder and file named "mp3tag.cfg" is okay, added folder and file named "mp3tag.cfg", Mp3tag show "Access denied"
