Pazera Free Audio Extractor takes the audio from most major video files without loss of sound quality or converts them to a variety of common audio formats. The program can also behave as a simple conversion tool from one audio format to another (e.g. AAC to MP3).
Some supported formats include (audio) MP3, AAC, AC3, WMA, M4A, FLAC, OGG, WAV, ALAC, WavPack, AIFF; (video) AVI, FLV, MP4, MPG, MOV, RM, 3GP, WMV, VOB, MKV, WebM and OGV.
Note: By default, the program will extract/convert to MP3. Select "Try extract original audio stream" to avoid re-encoding. This is faster, but may result in a format some devices can't read. Additionally, the program has a number of predefined settings (profiles) specially designed for novice users. More advanced users can easily customize audio encoding parameters with output parameters.

FreeOffice is a fast and lightweight office suite with word processor, spreadsheet, and presentation tools. The interface supports themes, a dark mode, and classic or ribbon-style toolbars. All components include a wide variety of formatting, functions, and animation.
The program will import and export to standard Microsoft formats with reasonable fidelity. A pro version is also available with additional features (chiefly a 64-bit version), as well as the previous version.
NOTE: The program will eventually require email registration, but a workaround is available.

XAMPP is an integrated server package that contains many different tools such as mail, Web, FTP and WebDAV. Named for Apache + MariaDB + PHP + Perl, the program includes a multiple open software packages combined to power the various services including FileZilla, JSP Java, OpenSSL, and more. Tomcat and Perl can be added using add-ons available from the website.
Also available for OSX and Linux.
Note: XAMPP has many add-on capabilities, including a portable MediaWiki or Wordpress installation.

webfork: Because it's their preferred portable build. Not everyone will need the full package. The lite / portable build should be sufficient for people building a website for testing locally and on the go.

Just for clarification, is the full version portable? Because the only version labelled "portable" at the download link appears to be the lite version, without FTP or Mail.
