Registry Tweaker is a powerful application that allows you to access many obscure registry tweaks easily. It provides a nice description for each tweak as well, helping less technical users understand what each one does. It also supports profiles, which allow you to apply a predefined set of tweaks automatically.

Note: main site offline, linking to softpedia (thanks shnbwmn).

Writes settings to: Application folder
Stealth: ? Yes
License: Freeware

http://www.registrytweaker.net/ --> domain for sale. The website and download links should be changed to Lupo as above. Softpedia has the same build on their site (http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Registry-Tweak/Registry-Tweaker.shtml) but I'm not sure if Lupo's is different.

Wasn't able to find if author had established another home page for this app. Download available via cnet but it's for version 2.1.2.280. The link includes a 'CNET editors' review' which indicates that the help files were only available online (so it appears that's been lost).

You may try using relative path.

Works Fine to me.
PS: Tripkipke: Great solution LOL I had accepted my faith and learned to live with the setting.ini erasing step =) Great Idea, launching from BAT will help a lot for this and other programs =) Thanks a lot.

@watcher
To avoid having to delete the settings.ini file create a new file in the program dir "regtweak.bat" qnd put this in it:

echo off
if exist settings.ini del settings.ini
start regtweak.exe

Then update pstart to execute the bat file. Optionally change the icon.

cheers

Will some explain to me how to save "profiles, which allow you to apply a predefined set of tweaks automatically"? I can't find any such controls.
