Fab's Autobackup is a simplified backup system that allows you to backup and restore common personal settings options like emails, personal documents, browser bookmarks etc. Includes available compression for archiving.

Note: This program has gone payware. Please post in forums if you have the last freeware version. Does not work with Windows Vista and Windows 7.

How to extract: Download the self-extracting EXE and extract to a folder of your choice. Launch AutoBackup-Win.exe.

Although the system requirements of this entry denote as much, the warning from the program's website should probably be propagated here:

"This program does not work with Windows VISTA and Windows 7."

I started out on this ver 2.2 awhile back. It is great for backing up email,address book, favorites, Doc's and more. It also restores if needed which most others here don't do. I liked it so much I paid for the version 3 {$6.00} Which gives even more options. Now my wife can backup her own stuff!

The above link transfer control to Fab's Autobackup 3 which is payware. Hope someone can provide us a link for the previous freeware version.
