NetMeter is a small network bandwidth monitoring program with numerous parameters for customization. You can view daily, weekly or monthly usage reports, as well as projected usage based on extrapolation of current data.

Note that the latest version of this program (Netmeter Evo) is not portable.

How to extract:
  1. Download the installer and extract to a folder of your choice.
  2. The application files are located in {app}.

You mean 1.1.41 BETA. That's Oopepe's mod (see jt's comment above). It's not portable.

The options are written in application folder of local computer. Is it possible to correct this?

Some of the users above *may* have problems extracting because they need the latest innoup extractor: http://innounp.sourceforge.net/ Click on "download" and then click the green download icon on the same line as "innounp". On the next page get the Innoup Setup Unpacker (innounp019.rar at this writing). Open the RAR file and copy the EXE to your Universal Extractor /BIN folder.
