System requirements: Win2K / WinXP / Vista / Win7 / Win8 / Win10
Writes settings to: Application folder
Stealth: ? Yes
Unicode support: Yes
License: Freeware
How to extract: Download the ZIP package and extract to a folder of your choice. Launch FolderChangesView.exe.
What's new? Fixed:
  • Bug: FolderChangesView crashed or freezed when the base monitored folder was deleted. Also, the folder was not deleted properly because the handle to the monitored folder remained open in FolderChangesView...
    • Be aware that now if the base folder is deleted, FolderChangesView automatically stop monitoring the deleted folder and if the folder is recreated, you have to manually start the folder monitoring again.
  • The accelerator key of 'Open Folder In Explorer' option (F2 instead of Ctrl+F, which is is used by the find option).

Particularly useful since it keeps a log in the main window of files that get deleted immediately following creation, which allows one to see more of what is occurring than merely looking at files that have remained searchable on the disk.
