I'm afraid it is not even worth evaluating it. Terribly basic, rather use Photofiltre.
If you download the SunlitGreen BatchBlitz, it includes this program. No need to have both on your USB stick.

Best easy/free photo editor up to now, IMHO, remains Photofiltre (checked here at http://www.portablefreeware.com/index.php?q=photofiltre&m=Search)
Good for 1MB. But I think Photo Editor software should be have basic features as Copy, Cut, Paste and more over, work with the Layer.
