@Midas thank you & I have used Oblivion before it is a very good App and works great, I do like better than USBDeview although it also is a very good App. Again that's @Midas for your help and info here and on many other Apps or Software on this site :)

@MIKLO: USB Oblivion (http://www.portablefreeware.com/?id=2287) does precisely what you mentioned...

Very nice and easy to use, what's great is it cleans all the leftovers from past devices, which is way helpful since that data is no longer needed or wanted at least by me.

This utility should be a standard feature in Windows.

Usbdeview is one of my favorite NirSoft utilities. When multiple Usb flash cards are connected, Usbdeview simplifies identifying the desired ones to disconnect. Also Usbdeview lists other Usb devices, such as keyboard, mouse, printer, ....

@newuser
"In order to use this feature, you have to download the USB ID's list of Stephen J. Gowdy (http://www.linux-usb.org/usb.ids) and put the file in the same folder of USBDeview.exe
The name of the file must remain as 'usb.ids'."

Great tool
