ComicsViewer is an image viewer specially tailored to viewing scanned comics. The program can modify colors, contrast, and other elements on the fly and will rotates your view of images with your screen in portrait orientation. It has an available slide show,

The program can view most common graphics formats including Jpeg2000 and allows export to JPEG, BMP, and PNG. It is also able to directly display images stored in ZIP and RAR files (even with password protection).

qimgv is a customizable image viewer with optional video support. It supports basic image editing such as crop, rotate and resize, as well as copy / move operations of images to different folders. Supports modern image formats JPEG, GIF, PNG, APNG, RAW, MP4, WEBM, etc.

nomacs is an easy to use image viewer with basic edit features and folder preview. The program includes image manipulation including rotate, adjusting brightness, contrast, saturation etc. and includes a pseudo color feature for creating false color images. It will even synchronization multiple instances to allow image comparison of the same position on different images.

The program can view images inside archives or MS Office files.

STDU (Scientific and Technical Documentation Utility) Viewer is intended to combine a variety of document, text, and graphics format viewers into one. CDisplay Ex is an image viewer optimized for displaying comics. Includes a minimalistic interface with a wide variety of view options including rotation, slideshow, resizing, thumbnails, smooth scrolling, and more. The program aims for fluid and comfortable reading on even slow computers. Includes a color filter to improve the look of older comics and customizable keyboard shortcuts.

Osiva is a small and fast image viewer with a drag-and-drop interface that can scale, zoom, pan, rotate, sort images quickly. It can create slideshows, animations, and dissolve effects.

PravIcon is a viewer of orthodox Christian icons off-line and online anywhere, anytime. The package contains orthodox icons of Mary and Jesus for off-line viewing. While connected to the internet, icons can be double-clicked to access the Russian-language website.

Photoscape is an all-in-one photo software that lets you fix, arrange, and enhance your photos. It includes a wide range of tools, including a viewer/editor, batch renamer, RAW format converter, animated GIF maker, collage generator, paper print, splitter, contact sheet, and more. Includes a meta-data viewer for camera model, software version, DPI, etc. and file renamer that lets you for example change file names to the date the camera gave them. A "Paper Print" feature even lets you print out customizable lined, graph, or various different calendar/planning documents.

Note:

• v3.4 is the last portable version. Later versions are adware and write settings to the AppData folder, but a method is available to make it portable.

Manga Meeya is an image viewer with an emphasis on comic/manga reading. It supports very fast viewing, reading the internals of numerous archive formats (RAR, ZIP, CBZ, CBR) and recursive archive traversal (ZIP within ZIP, RAR with ZIP etc). Pix is a tiny image viewer that is useful for distribution on CDs or other media so that users can instantly view the included images without any additional components. It lists all supported images in the same folder and is able to display them in a fullscreen slideshow.
