WinFontsView enumerates all fonts installed on your system, and displays them in one simple table. For each font, WinFontsView draws 5 samples of the font in different sizes, in order to allow you to easily find and choose the desired font that you need. The program also allows you to view the fonts as bold, italic, and with underline, as well as it allows you to export the fonts list in an HTML file.

WinFontsView also allows you to choose the right set for non-English characters in fonts and to type the characters displayed in the sample text.

BabelMap is a character map application that allows you to browse through the entire Unicode character repertoire of over 110,000 characters, or search for a particular character by name or by code point. Characters can then be copied to the clipboard for use in any Unicode-aware application.

BabelMap Portable is a version of the software packaged in PortableApps.com format.

NexusFont Viewer is a font viewer and manager. You can view all installed fonts, check font details, activate/deactivate fonts, export a font as bitmap, and more.

FontNet Explorer lets you browse all relevant font sites and font search engines. Enter font name you want to find and every explored site will be displayed in new tab. Includes the ability to stop or skip a particular site during the search process.

The list of font sites is open and the author encourages suggestions.

Manage My Fonts helps install, activate, deactivate, delete, and otherwise manage font files on a computer. Users can manage groups of fonts to activate/deactivate all at once, find fonts needed for newly opened documents, find all installed fonts in a computer system, check font integrity, print font/typeface samples, on-screen font previews, and supply information on font properties.

FontViewOK creates a quick visual overview on all fonts installed or from a folder. Includes printing with print preview function, a list of all fonts from a specific folder, dual font preview for quick comparisons of fonts, as well as ability to modify size, style and color.

There are two programs within the package. FontView displays all installed fonts in one window, which makes it easier to compare fonts and delete those that are similar. CharMap shows all characters in a font and copy characters to the clipboard, with the ability to increase the size of the characters displayed, something which the native Windows CharMap utility cannot do.

Fontster is a lightweight and simple font viewer.

Chortkeh BDF Font Viewer is a tool for viewing files in Glyph Bitmap Distribution Format in Windows generated by different programs. The program is able to process BDF files including Unicode glyphs up to 64x80 pixels.
