Stickypaper is a sticky note application that has much more functionality than most of its kind. t enables you to create normal sticky notes as well as pictures, real-time notes with RSS, and just about anything else with its fully scriptable system. Note that the documentation is in Japanese, but the program itself is in English.

QIP (Quiet Internet Pager) is a small, fast and skinnable ICQ/AIM client. The home page is mostly Russian (with a little English), but the application itself supports both English and Russian.
