CherryTree produces great formatted HTML export. It's fully customisable after-the-fact, with the included styles.css. Embedded files, images and the HTML files are stored separately from each other.

@Emka, sorry for the delay. No, I didn`t post on the forums.

Great player, especially with a few tweaks. I use Meier crossfeed[1] together with Dolby surround emulation[2]. What this does is it spreads the sound out, as if you're listening to a live performance, and greatly reduces ear strain when listening with headphones (which I do 99% of the time). Other pluses are that it uses my own music directory structure, is very fast (opens in a snap), and it uses windows native look instead of someone's idea of a great skin.

@shnbwmn: FYI, Viper4Windows is a free general purpose Windows sound processor that includes similar tweaks, among many others... (V4W homepage appears to be having issues currently, but Softpedia has it: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/Audio/Other-AUDIO-Tools/ViPER4Windows.shtml). Also available as Viper4Android.

I tried Snipaste for awhile and gave it an honest chance but 4me it doesn't compare to zScreen (I use older version) which I have used for a very long time. I'm really open to finding and using a new or different screen capture pgm. I just haven't found it yet. Not to take anything away from Snipaste cuz in fact it is a good app and easy to use.

What perplexes me about this program is its clandestine development. If one opens its history page:
http://www.eonet.ne.jp/~gakana/tablacus/history/
one will see that "Fix minor bugs" & "Minor changes" prevail but there are no details whatsoever about them.

xor on 2016-09-26 20:13

Usage of Tablacus suits me better than Q-Dir, but it started to suffer that typical 98% CPU wacko thing that chased me away, Q-Dir also continues to be buggy since XP up to Win10 at refreshing the folders tree after deletion, renaming, etc (some times). I'm started to get suited with Double commander although still missing Drag-Select.

ripu on 2016-10-14 14:42

@xor I am not sure if I understand you. But, refreshing in general spikes the cpu. If I am at the desktop, without opening any software and start hitting refresh, the cpu will be at 99%.

I have been using FastStoned for several years and I really like it very much. It does everything I want almost intuitively, I have used other capture programs in the past but none compare to FastStoned.I use just about every day either resizing or cropping a pic so I'm glad it’s always here 4me.

I'm a great fan of this program. And, as I've said before, just when you think FastStone Image Viewer can't get better the developers come up with another gem ... this time it supports dual instances, which allows you to run two image viewers at the same time, drag and drop images between them, and compare images from different folders side by side. Well done FastStone!
