Ok, so the author's website seems to be working again. Sorry! At least you've got an alternate download link now. |
MobaPhoto comes with four modules: batch photo resizer, digital gallery creator, batch picture editor and batch picture renamer. It allows you to create photo galleries for your website. It also allows you to process your images (resize, crop, red-eye correction, rename etc.) in batch mode.

A fairly basic processing tool, the very slick gallery creation tool is the real gem in this program. The only setback for this program is competition: many other tools on the site do batch conversion, renaming, and other functions better than MobaPhoto (among them Photoscape and FastStone Image Viewer). Still, the program has a great interface, is good for basic photography work, and very easy to use. |
Active Pixels is a neat full-featured photo editor. Interesting auto enhance options (including shadow/hilight recovery), many filters, correction and denoise settings.
Note: main site offline (thanks NickR). Linking to Softpedia download.

it is too big and needs memory, but the author claims to reduce it in last version. Wonderful possibility: recover the shadow area in picture!!!

A very basic photo edit tool that definitely comes in handy. Although light-years away from skilled hands using photoshop, this tool is primarily to fix minor mistakes and picture problems (stains, tears, splotches). Larger wipe areas will show a smudge created by the cleanup tool but sometimes its worth it for what it covers up. Only 1.5 megs makes for a terrifically small and easy tool.
