PhotoFilmStrip version 2.1.0-487 has been available since 2014.10.29 according to this project page at SourceForge:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/photostoryx/files/photofilmstrip/2.1.0/

I don't know why the program's homepage doesn't list it as the latest version. It could be any oversight on the part of the developers.

Thanks Joe. Retested and really like this. Just a brief few minutes with the program showed some really nice visual transitions, bringing a lot of old photos to life.

You're welcome webfork. And oh, I forgot to mention that it works on my Win 8.1 x64 too.

Cool program, but wish I could just do a free mouse crop (draw a rectangle of any size or shape) on this program to crop.

shodan816 on 2015-06-01 11:26

Totally agree with webfork. A great little utility, but the ability to draw a freehand rectangle would be fantastic. Nevertheless, it's still a keeper!

shodan816 on 2015-06-01 11:28

Please ignore last comment. Latest version allows free rectangle. Thank you, Trimto!
