VVV is an application that catalogs the content of removable volumes like CD and DVD disks for off-line searching. This allows you to keep an index of all the files on multiple drives and optical media in a single location. Folders and files can also be arranged in a single, virtual file system. Each folder of this virtual file system can contain files from many disks so you can arrange your data in a simple and logical way. VVV also stores metadata information from MP3 files: author, title, album and so on.

ShadowCopyView lists the snapshots of your hard drive created by the 'Volume Shadow Copy' service in Windows. Every snapshot contains an older versions of your files and folders from the date that the snapshot was created, you can browse the older version of your files and folders and optionally copy them into a folder on your disk.

SMPlayer is a feature-rich, skinnable player that views most media without any dependency on installed codecs, as well as streaming media, Youtube and DVD video. Audio, video and subtitle settings for individual files are all remembered between sessions so you can start again exactly where and how you left off. The program supports a wide variety of formats and quality settings. Although named for one of its popular encoders (the LAME MP3 encoder), the program can also export to OGG, Opus, FLAC, AC3, APE, WAV and DCA.

The NugGt package is a portable version of Python with support and even basic built-in inclusion of third party tools like the package installer pip.

Alternatively, download the official Python's embedded version (which doesn't natively support any third party tools).

Either of them can be manually added as part of XAMPP.

Youtube Downloader HD saves videos to your computer for playing outside a browser or offline viewing. The program can also convert files to Xvid format, compatible with most video players.

Functionality is limited to YouTube. Although there is no batch download, multiple instances can be opened concurrently in order to simultaneously download multiple videos.

Includes a variety of available tools for added security including keyfiles, security tokens, hidden volumes, auto-dismount, cascaded encryption and cached password management.

VeraCrypt is based on the inactive TrueCrypt, attempting to solve some of the program's documented weaknesses. The program can open and convert TrueCrypt volumes.

CurrPorts displays the list of all currently opened networking ports on your local computer. For each TCP/IP and UDP port in the list, information about the process that opened the port is displayed, including the process name, full path of the process, version information of the process (product name, file description and so on), the time that the process was created and the user that created it.

In addition, CurrPorts allows you to close unwanted TCP connections, kill the process that opened the ports and save the TCP/UDP ports information to HTML file, XML file, or to tab-delimited text file. The program will automatically mark with pink suspicious ports owned by unidentified applications (applications without version information and icons).

HTTP Downloader is tiny and light, high-performance, multi-part download manager that offers browser integration via extensions (available for Chromium and Firefox browsers). EncryptedRegView scans the Registry of your current running system or the Registry of external hard drive you choose and searches for data encrypted with DPAPI (Data Protection API). When it finds encrypted data in the Registry, it tries to decrypt it. With this tool, you may find passwords and other secret data stored in the Registry by Microsoft as well as by third-party products.

DataProtectionDecryptor allows you to decrypt passwords and other information encrypted by the DPAPI (Data Protection API) system of Windows operating system, such as passwords of Microsoft Outlook accounts, credentials files of Windows, wireless network keys, passwords in some versions of Internet Explorer, passwords and cookies of Chrome Web browser.

TeraCopy lets you copy or move files at the maximum possible speed. It uses dynamically adjusted buffers to reduce seek times, as well as asynchronous copy to speed up file transfers between two physical hard drives. When an error is encountered during copying/moving, TeraCopy will automatically retry and skip the files that cannot be transferred instead of aborting the entire operation. It also shows failed file transfers and lets you recopy only problem files.

Once the destination directory is selected, files can be dragged-and-dropped onto the window, even while a transfer is in progress. Once files are transferred, the Verify option uses a hash check to see if files are identical.

Note that a Pro version of the program is available with additional features.

ChromeHistoryView reads the history data file of Chromium-based Web browsers and displays the list of all visited Web pages in the last days. Shutter is a customizable program that lets you perform a variety of actions when a user-specified event occurs. The program can play a custom sound and/or run a program of your choice, in addition to displaying a user-configurable message. A web interface is also available that permits remote execution of one of a list of actions.

Softi FreeOCR is an image-to-text program using the Tesseract Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software. It supports multi-page TIFF images and import of documents via TWAIN scanners. Scanned text can be saved as ASCII text files.

Note: Images must have high detail (around 300 dpi) to recognize text reliably. Additionally, the application has been discontinued and website taken offline, so we have made it available for direct download.

The computer POST (Power On Self Test) tests the computer, insuring that it meets the necessary system requirements and that all hardware is working properly before starting the remainder of the boot process. If the computer passes the POST, the computer will have a single beep (with some computer BIOS manufacturers it may beep twice) as the computer starts and it will continue to start normally. However, if the computer fails the POST, the computer will either not beep at all or will generate a beep code, which tells the user the source of the problem. This little utility will help you to lookup these beep codes and figure out what they represent.

NetworkInterfacesView displays the list of all network adapters/interfaces installed on your system. It displays network interfaces that are currently active, as well as network interfaces that have been installed previously, and now they are not connected (like USB wireless network adapters).

For every network interface found on your system, the following information is displayed (if it's stored in the Registry): Device Name, Connection Name, IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, DHCP Server, Status, MAC Address and more.

You can select one or more network interface items and then export them to xml/html/csv/tab-delimited file, or copy them into the clipboard and then paste them into Excel or other spreadsheet application.
