NetMeter is a small network bandwidth monitoring program with numerous parameters for customization. You can view daily, weekly or monthly usage reports, as well as projected usage based on extrapolation of current data.

Note that the latest version of this program (Netmeter Evo) is not portable.

Easy Screencast Recorder is a rapid solution for easy screen recordings, including audio. The program can record a window, full screen, or a custom size including common ones used by Youtube and other services. The program includes options for framerate and maximum file size. The program saves to WMV format by default but can be configured to create WEBM, OGV, or MKV format video

Functional in 64-bit.

QWinFF can convert audio and video files into other formats. It includes a rich set of presets and allows advanced users to adjust conversion parameters like bitrate and sample rate in detail. The program is an interface for the powerful, command-line FFmpeg.

Note that you can add other media formats for conversion in the presets.xml file, including images and other formats that FFmpeg can handle.

TEncoder is a video and audio tool with conversion, DVD ripping and website downloading features. The converter includes the ability to select between multiple audio and subtitle tracks, extract audio/video content from a file, or edit subtitle and audio delays. QtWeb is a web browser focused on strong privacy and a clean environment. While running, no traces are left on the host machine while browsing and none are left behind after a browser "reset" in the privacy menu. Includes built-in support for Torrent downloads and ad-blocking functionality can be easily enabled.

Mpg2Cut2 is a simple MPEG2 editor to join, append, merge, cut, or split a variety of mpeg file types. The program can handle very large files (64bit) captured from Digital Television broadcasts, including High Definition. Includes the ability to correct minor errors in the program stream like faulty aspect ratio, missing headers, or copy selected portions of a MPEG2 Program Stream.

Note that the program is not a MPEG4 (MP4) editor and MPEG1 is only partially supported. Supported extensions include .mpg, .mpv, .m2v, .vob, .m1v, .ts, .evo, .m2t, .pva, .mpeg.

MP3Gain is an audio normalizer software that uses the Replay Gain algorithm to calculate how loud the file actually sounds. It analyzes MP3 files and changes the volume without re-encoding or modifying quality. Batch operations are available and changes can be reversed.

MP3Gain modifies files by writing metadata (and undo instructions) that includes volume changes, as well as changing the MP3 data.

MP3Gain Portable is packaged in PortableApps.com Format for portable use alone or with the PortableApps.com Platform. Alternatively, X-MP3Gain (v.1.3.4 beta) is also available.
