HWiNFO is a professional hardware information and diagnostic tool supporting latest components, industry technologies and standards. Includes system health monitoring (Thermal, Voltage, Fan, Power), basic benchmarks and multiple report formats (text, CSV, XML, HTML, MHTML).

Discord is an easy-to-use, video and voice-over-IP program focused on gamers. The program functions with groups, includes high quality audio and maintains low CPU usage. The program also supports text chat, direct messaging, hotkeys, channels, permissions and embedded file exchange. The program integrates privacy settings, themes, streaming mode, notifications and more.

Discord Portable is a portable wrapper for the Discord instant messaging and VoIP program. The program is cross-platform with clients available for Web, Android, iOS, Mac and Linux. Alternatively, there is a bit outdated (from 2022) another wrapper developed by demon.devin.

Although most functions are free, some channel creations include premium features and games can be purchased via an integrated store.

paint.net is an image and photo editing software with support for layers, unlimited undo, image effects and a tabbed thumbnail interface. The program includes a variety of paint bushes and selection tools as well as image filters such as sharpening, red-eye removal, distortion, noise etc.

The program supports plugins and will automatically start in 64-bit within an operating system that supports it.

PicPick is a versatile all-in-one tool for images on the desktop. Includes a powerful screen capture tool, editor, color picker and palette, pixel ruler, protractor, crosshair, whiteboard and more. Can upload images automatically to FTP, Facebook, Twitter, default e-mail program, or send to installed Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, or PowerPoint).

Alternatively, PicPick Portable is stealth and automatically adjusts paths.

WizTree is a very fast disk space analyzer and search tool, scanning a single folder or your entire hard drive quickly and showing those files and folders using the most disk space. The program uses the NTFS Master File Table (MFT) feature in Windows to rapidly view files.

Note that this high-speed mode is limited to local, NTFS-formatted drives. The program must do a (much slower) scan of FAT-formatted or network drives for analysis.

HWMonitor is a hardware monitoring program that reads PC systems main health sensors including:

• CPU temperature, voltage, power consumption and utilization
• Mainboard voltages, temperatures, fans speed
• GPU voltage, temperature, utilization
• HDD temperature

CrystalDiskMark is benchmarks disk performance, measuring sequential and random 4KB/512KB reads/writes for any storage device. The target device does not need to be formatted.

A 64-bit version is available (within the folder).

Alternatively, CrystalDiskMark Portable is also available, which auto-switches between x86 and x64.

XnView is a feature-rich, customizable media viewer that supports more than 400 formats. Includes batch image converter/renamer as well as basic transformations (rotate, filters, effects, colors, multi-page etc.). Various viewing settings include tabbed interface, fullscreen, slideshow, web page, contact sheet, image compare and filmstrip layout. Includes scanner support, screen capture, Photoshop's 8bf plugins, image search, histogram, metadata viewer, automatic crop (deletes background), watermark, flash export and more. It can also store thumbnails to a temp folder rather than each image folder accessed, which is handy for portable use.

Alternatively, XnView Portable is pre-configured and automatically supports PDF interpreter/rendering engine Ghostscript Portable.

CrystalDiskInfo monitors disk health status and temperature, monitoring/graphing of S.M.A.R.T. diagnostic information. The program also tells you how many times the hard disk has been turned on and how many hours.
