May work well for 9X and XP, but crashes on Win 7.

I do not have access to Win7 to test this but you might try deleting LS.exe.manifest located in the program folder. Its only purpose is to change the GUI to match the XP Luna theme. I found that deleting it greatly improved stability on XP. If you try it please post back with results.

CD Recoverer (aka CdCopy) is a tiny lossy disc copying program. The program recovers as much information as possible from a corrupted/scratched disks, but is optimized for getting corrupt video data from CDs. Supports multiple file retrieval methods.

Portable Storage Explorer v1.0

OE Viewer v3.0 Private

OE Viewer is a viewer for Microsoft Outlook Express 4,5 and 6 message database (IDX/MBX/DBX) as well as EML files. It displays a list of contained messages and headers. Messages can be saved as EML files, but attachments can be saved to disk as well.

Note: Latest version no longer portable -- linking to last portable version (thanks I am Baas and joby_toss).

ABK SecureSys allows you to tweak various system-related settings, including those related to IE or security.

Note that the user interface is the cheesiest we have ever seen. In the contributor's own words: "the interface is not very nice". However, it gets the job done and sometimes that's all that is needed.
