CornHolio: That's really something for the forums.

JohnTHaller on 2016-02-18 00:44

The publisher seems to have pulled the new release and is serving the 11.0.53254 release from December for both standard and portable downloads even though the main download page still shows 11.0.55321 as the current version.

Do you check the sofwares on this site? It's not portable. It let stuff in my registry and can be uninstalled from my control panel program manager.
I've downloaded this one: "Latest portable version of the product" (exe)

joby_toss on 2015-10-08 12:25

The instructions read: "Download the ZIP package..." and yet, you went there and got the EXE package. How is this our fault? And yes, it IS portable!

Portable version comes now in a self-extracting exe, entry changed accordingly.

Neat application. Its worth noting that the 'Run .EXE file' items won't show up if you've disabled prefetch on your O/S, which is a common optimization for SSD drives.

Allen on 2015-03-04 14:24

I like this tool as it shows "All" activity that has taken place on ones computer. It will show every folder that has been opened, every .exe file that was used, every encryption tool that has been used. Kind of scary? I have yet to find a way to delete these items from a windows 7 system. Ccleaner and almost every other privacy tool have been tried. I have even read the topics from NirSoft about this.
Anyone here know of a solution to clearthe Activity view?

Allen on 2015-03-06 21:02

I found the way to remove these findings: First delete windows Prefetch entries "C:\Windows\Prefetch" this will delete all the .exe files in LastActivityView. Next Run RegSeeker2.5.7 and select privacy Key on the left side of the menu, and at the bottom select "Clean stream MRU/streams Keys". That's all there is to it.

You can download RegSeeker2.5.7 on the Portable Freeware website

WirelessNetView alternative:
http://thesz.diecru.eu/content/homedale.php

At the expense of a larger *.exe footprint (2.12 MB vs WNV 78kB),
Homedale wifi monitor delivers real-time graphics (access point signal and frequency usage),
as well as several log options lacking in WNV.

Works great, and a very cool feature is the ability to store custom sound configurations, for example Home, Office, Public, etc. Thank you once again, Nir ! !
