Clipdiary is a clipboard manager that records all data that is copied, making it easy to retrieve any piece of information previously on the Windows clipboard, even after system reboots. The customizable interface and hotkeys make it easy to reference a history of clipboard elements.
The program includes database encryption, application blocklist (both to avoid conflicts with games and security programs) and much more.

v4.02
@smaragdus: for the time being, and in view of the rapid shifting of versions and licenses, I think the best bet is with no strings attached ClipDiary Free. Having said that, I have no objection if anyone (including you) makes the change you requested. I have a Personal and a GAotD key, both free, so the commercial version is my preferred ATM...
v1.0
http://clipdiary.com/free-license/ - Free Registration
The registration does not require e-mail- one just needs to click "Get personal key" button and copy the generated license key, easy and simple.
@Midas
I think that you should have included a line about the free registration (Free license for personal use) in the description. I also think that you should revert to ClipDiary 3.9 since it is free for personal use without any limitations and is it still developed while the so-called Clipdiary Free is discontinued.
This has already been discussed in the forum:

v1.0
yeah the evaluation version's step.1 of free registration is for you to share on social media sites, but you can skip that part of registration and it will still register your evaluation copy for personal use.
The only thing I really dont like is the exit confirmation...same for Flashnote...its just annoying.
other than that its pretty nice.
v1.0
You're absolutely right, Napiophelios. It's corrected now. I got mixed up by the recent suffling of versions -- the commercial ClipDiary is also free for personal use, it seems...
v1.0
oh share on facebook and get a free license.
that's enough for me to not to want to use it.
v3.9
shouldn't the web links in the database entry be pointing to the freeware version (v1.0)
http://clipdiary.com/clipdiary-free/
It currently directs users to the 30 day evaluation version.
v3.9
ClipDiary has been my favorite clipboard manager for over ten years now. It's hard to beat for reliability, straightforwardness, and ease of use.
v3.9
New download for version 5 has been released on febr 17
Version number remains 5.0
