Winrar gives errors when trying to extract the v3.2.1 zip from github. I had to use winzip

@ozziguy
I could not reproduce this using WinRAR 5.40 (64-bit) on Windows 8.

v3.3 seems to have removed the option to start minimized. Setting it to run minimized in the shortcut doesn't work. Window opens at every startup. Very annoying.

FWIW, the solution to starting minimized is to use the command line option "/minimized" (no quotes) in the shortcut properties.
